- Service Call - $30.00 - After hours emergency service call $50.00
- Onsite - $65.00 per hour - One hour minimum.
- Remote Support - $65.00 per hour payable by the 1/4 hour, 1/2 hour and 1 hour increments.
- System Restore for the Home User - $135.00 Our most popular service! we back up your data and service your computer inside and out. When we are done your computer will run like new. For an additional $30.00 we will pick up and deliver your computer connecting it to your network and one printer.
- Logmein Annual Support Agreement - $200.00 per year Avoid the service call fee and get quick access to one of our techs. if we can solve your problem in the first ten minutes there is no charge. This is especially helpful for small businesses.
